Your access to and use of the service ("Product") is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and these Terms shall apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By accessing or using  ("View", "Visit", "Load", "Consume", "Transact" or "Claim upon") the service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any of the terms then you may not access the service.

THE SERVICE:

We enable and facilitate Social Event Management, Event Production, Live Theatrical Shows Management and Promotion, including Internet Consultancy related services for our users to consume and benefit from at leisure or on a professional basis. Selected services may be free of any charges while others may incur a fee as advertised respectively. Where a fee is applicable it will be labelled accordingly and users have the option to agree to any related commercial payment terms, before any transaction is initiated or processed. 

 

We may collect user information including personal information to perform the service, as agreed by the user, and we may forward personal information to third party affiliates required to perform the service. Any personal information may be stored within our secure database and all users have the option, on request to us, to have any of their personal information removed from our site or service.

AUDITIONS

Any audition service advertised offers users the possibility to access industry professionals or affiliates for them to review any provided audition material or content (Provided by you or publicly available at the time). By submitting your intent to participate in an audition via the site, using the relevant application forms or other means, you agree that your provided personal information (Including personal identification photo or video) may be reviewed by a third party (To perform the service), over which we have no control over how the provided material or content will be used. By using our service and specifically participating in auditions you agree that the service does not guarantee any subsequent progress through the audition stages or requirements or its baseline (Any given benchmark). You also agree that any form of participation in auditions does not offer or guarantee any employment opportunities or employment contracts directly by us or third parties. For avoidance of doubt, we are not acting as an employment agency or direct employer for users who consume our service. Additional terms and conditions for Auditions apply. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:

• Payments are collected and transacted in AED Currency.

• Payments via bank transfer or other may be possible on request, but not guaranteed.

• Payments via bank transfer in AED, US Dollar, EURO may be possible on request, but not guaranteed.

• All payments are accompanied by an official invoice and unique invoice number (for the user as payment confirmation & reference).

• All payments are understood as Non-Refundable unless advertised otherwise. Once payments are made we cannot guarantee a refund.

• Any confirmed refunds (by Us) may take up to 30 days to reflect on the account or payment method used for the respective payment, subject to third party payment provider terms over which we have no control. In exceptional circumstances refunds may take longer to reflect in your account. In such events we request our users to consult with their banking partner for remittances.

• Any refunds to payment methods other than the primary payment method used to pay for our services are not possible.

• Users (who process payments) must ensure they have the relevant authority or consent to use the corresponding payment method to access the service or purchase products on our site. By processing a payment on the site, you agree that you have such authority and consent of the payment method owner.

• We assume no accountability or control over additional fees being levied to the user due to charges originating from the users merchant, payment provider or other, not limited to currency conversion, processing fees or other associated charges.

• Fraud checks may prevent a payment from being processed, if this happens you can contact our support team for further assistance.

• In the event that payments for a service cannot be transacted, it does not guarantee access to any service or product as advertised.

• We reserve all rights to verify the identity of the card payment holder in the interest of fraud prevention. We will validate the name, address, and other personal information supplied by you during the payment process against information held by the card issuer and integrator. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to such checks being made.

• When you create an account with us or settle any payments, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of the service.

• The user be responsible for any associated taxes originating from payments or transactions to use this service. You must comply with any applicable tax laws, including preparing tax reports and paying any taxes arising from your use of the service. It is your responsibility to prepare tax reports and pay any applicable taxes.

• Violations to any of our general terms and conditions may result in the service or product being cancelled or suspended without the possibility or claim for a refund.

• If you have questions related to payments, please reach out to our support team before processing your payment on the site as processing payments on the site is subject to the outlined terms and conditions.

The site and its original products, content, features, and functionality are owned by Saltare Partners FZ-LLC and may be strictly protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We shall not be liable (whether under contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise) for:
 

1. Any losses which were not caused by our breach of these terms;

2. Any damage or loss which was not, at the time a relevant contract with you was formed, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of us breaching these Terms;

3. Losses relating to any businesses of yours or affiliated business, loss of profits or income, or loss of opportunity; or

4. Loss of information stored with the service, or inability to access information;

5. Any loss, damage or personal injury (To your certified medical health) associated in any way by using this service;

6. Any form or description of loss (as described above) on a personal or business/corporate basis that is arisen, affected, at fault, or otherwise related to any third party supplier that is affiliated with us or our service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit our liability for: (i) death or personal injury, (ii) fraud, (iii) fraudulent misrepresentation; (iv) any implied terms as to title which cannot be excluded or limited by law; or (v) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. If we suspect any suspicious or criminal activity of any sorts we reserve the right to report any provided user information and related activity to authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide (But cannot guarantee) at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material, service or price change will be determined at our sole discretion.
